The hotel staff went above and beyond, surprising my boyfriend with birthday treats in our room. Breakfast offerings were varied and delicious, providing a bright start to each day.

The temperature in our room was uncomfortably warm, with inadequate air conditioning, making our restful night difficult. the swimming pool was quite small, limiting the enjoyment.

The pool cleanliness could use some serious attention!!! Location is a bit too far from attractions for my liking!!!

Consider asking for a room on a lower floor for easier access to amenities and a cooler environment, especially if air conditioning is limited.

Had a bit of a rough start with the room mix-up, but the staff really turned it around. They helped us find a room after some back and forth, and the pool was perfect—totally empty whenever we went! Breakfast was a great spread, but I wish the shower in the changing area wasn’t such a mess.

The hotel's bright and inviting decor, along with spacious common areas, made navigating easy and enjoyable. Plus, the staff was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay, which I truly appreciated.
